The MAC Angels Foundation is dedicated to supporting families with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).
ALS, also known as "Lou Gehrig's disease," damages motor neurons in the brain and spinal cord. This degenerative and debilitating disease results in a loss of voluntary muscle movement, eventually making it difficult for ALS patients to walk, talk and breathe.
This process creates special living needs for ALS patients and their families. Our "Angels" understand the challenges brought on by ALS, both physically and emotionally, and we are here to help.
It is the mission of the Challenged Athletes Foundation® (CAF) to provide opportunities and support to people with physical challenges, so they can pursue active lifestyles through physical fitness and competitive athletics. CAF believes that involvement in sports at any level increases self-esteem, encourages independence and enhances quality of life
The mission of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
LLS exists to find cures and ensure access to treatments for blood cancer patients. We are the voice for all blood cancer patients and we work to ensure access to treatments for all blood cancer patients.
